Winter is giving way to springtime this week. So let's review the benefits of sunshine for a moment. Without delving into the science (which I love to talk about and am happy to discuss in more depth with you), sunshine can

  • Improve your sleep 
  • Improve your mood
  • Improve your weight
  • Improve your productivity
  • Improve your bone strength

With those benefits in mind, please put down your electronic devices, your work & your worries and go outside! Go ahead and go outside right now. Take a 20 minute walk. Chase the squirrels. Look for new buds on the trees. Listen for the birds who have already returned from the south. 20 minutes of sunshine will make you feel better.
