What does it cost to access Concierge Medical Care?

The annual fee is $4200, or $350 a month. The fee can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually. Additional adult family members receive a 20% discount, and there is no fee for family members age 18-21. While the cost to join Concierge Medical Care is not covered by your health insurance, we think the level of care, personalized attention, and 24/7 access speak for themselves.

What is included with the annual fee?

Dr. Griffith and Dr. Barrett are always here for you, whatever your health needs may be. This includes routine appointments and visits, annual physical exams, tests performed in the office and even routine vaccinations. With a Concierge Medical Care membership, you can rest easy knowing you always have access to the medical expertise and support you need to feel and live your best.

Do I still need my health insurance?

We think being prepared is essential to good health, and we strongly encourage you to maintain health insurance coverage. Your insurance will cover prescriptions, hospitalizations, laboratory tests, radiology studies and care from other doctors that you may need throughout the year, as detailed in your insurance benefits documents.

Can I use my HSA and FSA accounts to pay the annual fee?

In some cases, this is a great option for recovering the cost of your annual fee. Please talk with your tax advisor.

What if I decide to end my relationship in the future?

When we say care on your terms, we mean it. You may cancel at anytime with a 30 day written notice—no penalties, no hidden fees, no exceptions. You will receive a prorated refund based on your date of cancellation.

What if I am away from home and need medical attention?

You can reach us by phone, text or email and we will provide the help you need. If an appointment is needed, we provide medical care via phone and telemedicine appointments.

What if my doctor is on vacation?

Drs. Griffith and Barrett provide mutual cross-coverage during scheduled vacations or while one is away. They work wonderfully together, always keeping each other in the loop.

What hospitals are the providers affiliated with?

Drs. Griffith and Barrett do not see patients in the hospital. They can communicate with you and your hospital team, and monitor your hospital care with access to UC Health, Intermountain Health, and HCA Health One portals. If we do not have access to your hospital's system, we will request your records so they are ready for your PCP follow-up.
