What does it cost to access Concierge Medical Care?

The annual fee is $4200, which is $350 a month. The annual fee can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly. Additional adult family members receive a 20% discount, and there is no fee for family members age 16-21. While the cost to join Concierge Medical Care is not covered by your health insurance, we think the level of care, personalized attention, and 24/7 access speak for themselves.

What is included with the annual fee?

Dr. Lutz, Dr. Griffith, and the Concierge Medical Care team are always here for you, whatever your health needs may be. This includes routine appointments and visits, annual physical exams, tests performed in the office and even routine vaccinations. With a Concierge Medical Care membership, you can rest easy knowing you always have access to the medical expertise and support you need to feel and live your best.

Do I still need my health insurance?

We think being prepared is essential to good health, and we strongly encourage you to maintain health insurance coverage. Your insurance will cover prescriptions, hospitalizations, laboratory tests, radiology studies and care from other doctors that you may need throughout the year, as detailed in your insurance benefits documents.

Can I use my HSA and FSA accounts to pay the annual fee?

In some cases, this is a great option for recovering the cost of your annual fee. Please talk with your tax advisor. 

What if I decide to end my relationship in the future?

When we say care on your terms, we mean it. You may cancel at anytime – no penalties, no hidden fees, no exceptions. You will receive a prorated refund based on your date of cancellation.
