I'm happy to share some good news about Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Upcoming changes in legislation will allow additional benefits to those with Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Key benefits include:

  • HSA funds can soon be used to pay fees at concierge and direct primary care practices. Up to $150 a month can be paid with an HSA account.
  • Bronze-level and catastrophic health insurance plans purchased through a health insurance exchange can now include HSA features.
  • Soon, you can use up to $500 a year in HSA funds to pay for a membership at a fitness facility and for participation and instruction in physical exercise.
